With the AFFTA HQ office in Colorado and our Board and Association members spread throughout the United States, AFFTA staff members are frequently conducting business via conference call.  In the past, AFFTA had a subscription for a toll-free conference calling service costing 4.3¢/minute for each participant.  Some months, AFFTA’s conference call telephone bills were in excess of $500.

Most individuals and businesses have unlimited long distance service on their office or cell phone.  With that in mind, AFFTA cancelled their “pay by the minute” toll-free conference call service and obtained a free subscription to InstantConference whereby all conference call participants dial a long-distance phone number.   This basic conference call service works flawlessly and is absolutely free.
