Free Service Offered to Fishing Businesses Affected by Gulf Oil Disaster

July 28, 2010

In an attempt to help the many fishing related businesses that make their living off the Gulf of Mexico, GoFISHn (www.gofishn.com), the Web's fastest growing fishing site, is extending its one-year-free service offer to all fishing businesses affected by this tragedy.

"The Gulf of Mexico is one of the most important fisheries in North America," said Ned Desmond, founder of GoFISHn. "At the heart of GoFISHn is the small business, we created the site to help guides, charter captains, and other proprietors better promote and market their businesses. Hopefully this will help these fishing businesses in the Gulf of Mexico stay on their feet and promote their services."

GoFISHn first offered a year's free service to Florida businesses as part its "Fish Florida Week" in partnership with GAFF Magazine. The week was dedicated to helping promote the many fishing opportunities still available in that state. "We know a lot of fishing businesses are feeling the pinch right now, " said Desmond, "and we believe 100 percent that online marketing is a lot more effective and a lot less expensive with GoFISHn's help. We're offering our services free for a year to prove the point."

Any business owner who would like to take advantage of this offer must contact GoFISHn at ned@gofishn.com, 650-395-7512.
