Thank you for visiting the American Fly Fishing Trade Association’s (AFFTA) website.  The effective date of this Legal Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Privacy, and Links Policy (Policy) is November 21, 2008.  AFFTA reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change, update, add, or remove any portion of this Policy at any time by posting the changes on our website, which will be effective immediately.  Your continued use of our website after any changes to the Policy are posted will be considered acceptance of such changes.

The AFFTA web site is intended for use by the public and our members as a convenient way to access the information and services provided by AFFTA.  We provide our website and all content, information, and data contained herein on an “as is” basis, and we expressly disclaim any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AFFTA makes every effort to ensure that the information presented is complete and accurate however; on occasion information and services included in or available through AFFTA’s website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.  You acknowledge that any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, or information shall be at your sole risk.  We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of our website.   We may make any other changes to our website and the information at any time without notice.

The laws of the State of Colorado, and the United States of America govern this agreement. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
