In the 4th quarter of 2008, the AFFTA Strategic Plan Committee will evaluate AFFTA’s strategic plan to reaffirm and if necessary make changes to the Association’s mission, vision, and values.  The revised plan will identify where AFFTA wants to be in one, three and five years, and how it is going to get there. The Strategic Plan Committee and AFFTA Board members will be vigilant to the continual changes in the Association and its external environment, and how this affects the future of the Association.   Working with the Executive Committee and other committee chairs, the Strategic Planning Committee will evaluate and allocate resources needed to successfully accomplish the plan.
