Nominating Committee

Starting in March of each year, the Nominating Committee begins the process of selecting individuals within the membership to be nominated for election to the Board of Directors at the next annual membership meeting. The report of the Nominating Committee and the names of the nominees are delivered to the Board of Directors prior to June 30 of each year.  In selecting nominees for election to the Board of Directors, the Nominating Committee shall give due regard, and act in good faith, to assume that the membership of the Board of Directors fairly reflects representation of all segments of the fly-fishing industry.
